Ingredients:
- 500 grams of beef
- 6 eggs
- 6 pickled cucumbers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of walnut kernels
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mayonnaise
Preparation:
- Cook the beef in salted water for 1 hour. Drain the water, let it cool, and then slice it thinly. Arrange the beef in a large serving dish and spread mayonnaise over it.
- Grate the pickled cucumbers using a large grater. Squeeze out excess liquid. Add finely grated garlic to the cucumber, mix well, and spread over the beef.
- Boil the eggs in water, then peel and chop them finely. Layer the chopped eggs over the cucumber. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then spread mayonnaise over the top.
- Cut the walnut kernels into pieces with a knife and sprinkle over the salad.
