Beef walnut salad


  • 500 grams of beef
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 pickled cucumbers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of walnut kernels
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mayonnaise


  1. Cook the beef in salted water for 1 hour. Drain the water, let it cool, and then slice it thinly. Arrange the beef in a large serving dish and spread mayonnaise over it.
  2. Grate the pickled cucumbers using a large grater. Squeeze out excess liquid. Add finely grated garlic to the cucumber, mix well, and spread over the beef.
  3. Boil the eggs in water, then peel and chop them finely. Layer the chopped eggs over the cucumber. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then spread mayonnaise over the top.
  4. Cut the walnut kernels into pieces with a knife and sprinkle over the salad.
